What is your return policy?


Please note that we have a strictly no refund, no return and no exchange policy, except that we will provide a replacement of a faulty unit (or part thereof) purchased from us or our authorised vendors or distributors within (1) month from the date of purchase. Which countries do you ship to?


Currently we offer standard shipping to the following countries: Singapore, Australia, France, Germany, Italy, New Zealand, Spain, UAE, UK & USA. We currently do not ship to other areas. If your country is not listed above and you would still like to purchase from us, do drop us an email at info@mastermark.com.sg. COVID-19: Due to the reduced amount of international flights and manpower, delivery services have been delayed severely. expect up to an additional 3 weeks to a month for delivery times.
