Promotion Overview
The “SG60 Soar Clean: Pigeon-Free HDB Homes!” promotion (“Promotion”) is organised by Mastermark Pte Ltd (“Organiser”).
The Promotion offers a special rate of S$480 per HDB air-con ledge bird netting installation, valid for sign-ups made from 1 August 2025 to 31 August 2025, 11:59PM SGT, or until the first 100 paid bookings, whichever comes first (“Promotion Period”).
All bookings at this promotional price must be completed exclusively via mastermarkshop.com. Phone, email, or WhatsApp bookings are not eligible unless explicitly approved by the Organiser.
Eligibility
Open to Singapore residents aged 21 and above who are owners or authorised tenants of HDB residential flats.
Eligible ledges include straight and L-shape HDB air-con ledges only. (see listing photos for reference)
Promo is not applicable to other ledge types, condos, landed properties, or commercial units.
Eligible participants must submit accurate contact information and valid HDB addresses for verification.
Employees, affiliates, or immediate family members of the Organiser are not eligible. The Organiser may verify eligibility and reserves the right to disqualify entries.
How to Participate
To enjoy the promotional price, participants must:
Complete the booking and secure the S$480 rate by carting out and making full payment on the Organiser’s online shop before 31 Aug 2025.
Input your installation address as the Shipping address during checkout.
Installations under this promotion are scheduled only during our Open Dates, which are determined based on our workload. These dates are not fixed in advance. We will contact you once an Open Date becomes available anytime up to 31 December 2025. Installation will be confirmed approximately one week before the scheduled date. To enjoy this promotional rate, flexibility in accepting available dates is required..
Installation Details
Installations under this promo will be scheduled only on “SG60 Open Dates”. The Organiser will notify customers one week in advance if their timing matches an available Open Date.
Installation dates are subject to the Organiser’s scheduling and operational availability. Flexibility is required to enjoy this special rate.
Installation scheduling is subject to compliance with HDB regulations and approvals. Participants are responsible for obtaining any necessary approvals or permits from HDB prior to installation.
The installation must be completed by 31 December 2025. Bookings not installed by this date may be forfeited unless extended by the Organiser.
All installations are subject to on-site assessment to determine ledge suitability and site safety. Installations may be declined (with full refund of deposit) if the site does not meet requirements (e.g., poor accessibility, non-standard ledge).
Exclusions & Limitations
Promo price covers standard bird netting installation on eligible HDB ledges using UV-stabilised polyethylene netting, including cleaning of the ledge area during installation.
Excludes costs for additional services (e.g. repairs, additional zipper access or other major modifications). Any such extra charges will be communicated and agreed to before work proceeds.
Cannot be combined with other discounts, vouchers, or promotions unless otherwise specified by the Organiser.
Promotion is non-transferable, non-refundable, and not exchangeable for cash.
Other Terms
The Organiser reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice, including due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure.
By participating, participants agree to the collection and use of their personal data for Promotion administration, in accordance with the Organiser’s privacy policy.
Participants consent to the Organiser’s use of photos taken of their installation site for promotional and marketing purposes unless they opt out in writing.
All decisions by the Organiser concerning the Promotion, slot allocation, eligibility, and installation are final.
Promotion is governed by Singapore law. Any disputes will be resolved under Singapore jurisdiction.
